Buy low Sell high
Last week I bought a mobile related website for $60. I transferred it to my server, edited the horrible layout and sended it to a couple of my contacts (I keep a mailing list with people that ever bought a site from me). After around 6 hours I got a few replies and I sold it for my asking price of $300. A quick profit of $240.
At this moment I am in negotiations to get a similar website and the plan is to sell it again (with profit). I will keep you updated about this.
