Finish what you start

Finish what you start is something I have problems with sometimes and I bet more people struggle with this. If you want to be successful, you need to finish what you start! This is very important. Hard work is the key, there is no easy money in this world.

To push up the chances you are finishing what you start, I have made up three clear points:

  • Make a new commitment that any new project you start will be completely finished, either by decalring an
end to it, doing it yourself, or outsourcing the job.
  • Start to clean up! Any projects from the past that still nags at you, clean it up! Be patient, but persistent.
As you go along, remember to set up a way of living that finishes what you started!
  • Ask for help if you need it, instead of just letting it drag you down. Ask for what you need from friends or
on relevant forums. Explain what you are doing and ask other people to join in.

A lot of my online friends have projects running that are last updated more than six months ago. I have a couple of these projects to and I need to make a planning for this to finish what I start.

This post is for motivational purposes for me and I hope for a lot of others to! Just finish what you start and you will feel better about everything! Set realistic goals and complete them :)

True… :) I have a problem of continuing the projects… Once I finish something and it brings a good return, I get bored and stop supporting it :( However, I have a new team that should take care of that soon, all my previous projects will come back alive soon. :)

    I completely agree.

I have this same problem and those are great tips to keep in mind.

I’ve run into these problems many times. You’ll start a project then get bored with it and move on… leaving the original project unfinished. At least if you finish something you can sell it off if you’re not happy.
